Project Deadlines

The last few days [weeks / months] were really hectic - not physically, mentally - if you understand what i mean ... with all those agony, when i saw the below image, immediately thought of posting this blog.


Looking at a high level, it is a cartoon - it might bring a smile to everyone who had worked against the time to meet deadlines. But, looking a little closer,

• The team working in the boat will suffer due to some crazy decision.
• The client will blame the worker for the failure.
• The middleman who let the boat loose, will be blamed by both parties, but then, whose mistake is it anyway - it is all about management, isn't?.

Btw, look at the smile of the middle man in the cartoon. He is the only person smiling and it may be because he did not understand the cause and effect of both ends. The cartoonist must have had a very bad experience with his manager :)
